30% reduction in fuel costs

up to 20% more power

up to 20% more torque

Diesel autogas - more power

A LPG autogas system will without doubt increase torque and power up to 20% (or better). The power increase is due to the increased combustion efficiency, plus the LPG autogas itself produces power as it burns. Engine noise and vibration are reduced. All the extra power can be noticed instantly right from the moment the LPG autogas system is turned on.

Diesel autogas - fuel cost saving

There are significant financial advantages when adding LPG to your diesel engine. For most HGV operators fuel is 40% of operating costs, and of course prices just keep going up and up. By adding LPG to an engine and reducing the amount of diesel consumed you can save anything between 10% and 20% on your fuel bills.

Diesel autogas - more torque

Torque and power increase applies over the whole revving range. Drivers will notice higher over all average speeds and fewer gear changes, particularly on upgrades/hills and especially when towing. Engine noise and vibration are dramatically reduced and that is all the way through to maximum revs.

PERFORMANCE AND ECOLOGY

New life of your engine.
Performance is critical for work of trucks, and fuel is key to optimal performance.

Diesel autogas optimizes engine performance allowing to operate at peak efficiency. By increasing horsepower and torque you can increase fuel mileage and substantially reduce fuel costs, at the same time reducing harmful exhaust emissions. When installing the Diesel autogas system, none of the mechanical parts of the engine have to be rebuilt (pistons, camshafts, crankshafts). The diesel engine uses LPG autogas simultaneously with diesel fuel. When switching the autogas appliance on, the gas is mixed with air and the mixture enters the engine. In the engine the diesel will combust simultaneously with the air and LPG autogas mixture. The torque of the diesel is selectively limited and replaced with additional injection of autogas, as a result of which the original torque of the engine is achieved. When driving with partial load (e.g. on road), the capacity of the engine increases as a result of LPG autogas injection.

By installing Diesel autogas system  you can:

  • Optimize engine performance, improving fuel economy
  • Increase up to 20% horsepower and torque
  • Increase fuel mileage and decrease operating costs
  • Increase time between service intervals
  • Decrease engine oil dilution and contamination
  • Increase engine life by decreasing harmful combustion chamber deposits
  • Reduce harmful exhaust emissions and particulate emissions
  • Designed for use with cruise control
  • Increases efficiency of exhaust brakes
  • The processor  monitors  fuel delivery levels  every few microseconds
